Comedy Explosion is one of Philadelphia's premier destinations for comedy. In 2014, our company was voted as the #1 Comedy Club in the area by PHL17 Philly Hotlist. Our company showcases our diverse customer profiles and highlights positive reviews from our loyal fan base.
Our company was established in May 2009 with one location. Since then, we have grown to successfully service over eight locations in the greater Philadelphia area. Comedy Explosion is operated by a dedicated team of individuals who strive to deliver a unique and exciting experience for our customers – partner locations and comedy enthusiasts alike, far and wide.

At Comedy Explosion, we showcase the best comedians in the Tri-State Area. Our acts have performed on Comedy Central, Showtime at Apollo, BET Comic View, Def Comedy Jam, HBO, NBC, ABC and motion picture movies. We offer a range of different shows to choose from, but whatever you decide, the outcome will always be the same: top-class and side-splitting humor!
Our Services
Comedy Explosion started off as a regular comedy spot to bring out all types of comics. In May 2022, the company dive into the bar industry. Even though Comedy Explosion expanded in other areas of entertainment, our love of stand-up company will always continue at our venue. The new type of entertainment events that our company will present is live music, dance classes, family magic shows and local performers on its stage.
